Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Mr Eshan Usapkar, learned Counsel for Respondents No.4 to 9 points out that the impugned order concerns elections to the Managing Committee for the triennial 2019-2022. He points out that the elections took place in 2022 and the new Managing Committee is elected.

This position is not disputed on behalf of the Petitioners. Therefore, it is obvious that the reliefs of this Petition have been rendered infructuous.

In Podipireddy Atchuta Desai Vs Chinnam Joga Rao and others 1 the Hon'ble Supreme Court has held that when fresh elections have taken place, the question of validity of dismissal of election petition against the earlier election need not be decided. The Court held that this would be only an academic issue.

Petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. 6.

There shall be no order for costs.
