In view of the fact that the registration of the matter was itself refused, it would not be necessary to issue notice to the other side.

2. Heard Shri C. Padgaonkar, learned Advocate for the applicants.

3. This is an application for revision of the order dated 12/10/2018 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court refusing registration of an Appeal From Order on the ground that inspite of opportunity, the office objections were not removed.

4. The learned Advocate for the applicants undertakes to remove the office objections during the course of the day. The statement is accepted. In such circumstances, the impugned order dated 12/10/2018 is hereby set aside subject to the condition that the applicants remove all the office objections during the course of the day. The office shall register the appeal subject to removal of the office objections.

5. The Miscellaneous Civil application is disposed off in the aforesaid terms.
