2. The revision applicant and respondent no.1 have compounded the offence and in accordance with that have produced before the court consent terms. Consent terms are taken on record and marked document "X" for purpose of identification. Learned counsel for the applicant and respondent no.1 have confirmed the terms incorporated in this document and so also the revision applicant, who is personally present. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has no objection to these consent terms.

3. Accordingly, the offence is compounded and the applicant is

CRIR/79/2015 acquitted of the offence punishable under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, subject to condition stated in subsequent paragraph.

4. Respondent no.1 is at liberty to withdraw the amount of compensation of Rs.86,000/- already deposited in the Court by the applicant. The applicant is acquitted subject to the condition that he shall deposit 10% of the amount of compensation of Rs.86,000/- in the account of High Court Legal Services Authority in ten equal installments of Rs.860/- per month, starting from the month of March, 2016.
