By consent of the parties, the petition is being disposed of in the following terms.

1. Respondent no.4, the State Transport Authority shall decide the petitioner's application dated 18/03/2016, a copy of which, is annexed at page no.36 of the petition, within a period of 10 days from today. The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that there have been some further changes as regards the replaced vehicles. The petitioner is at liberty to bring these additional changes to the notice of respondent no.4, at the time of consideration of the application.

2. Mr. Lotlikar, learned Advocate General makes a statement, on instructions, that respondent no.3 recalls the impugned order dated 07/11/2016. In view of the recall of the order, the petitioner is at liberty to file a reply to the show cause notice dated 21/10/2016. Respondent no.3 shall, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the reply, pass final order on the show cause notice, after due hearing to the petitioner.

3. Mr. Kakodkar, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, who is present before the Court, undertakes that, pending the decision on the show cause notice, the petitioner will not ply the 95 vehicles referred to in the show cause notice, under the 'Rent a Cab Scheme'.
