1. This is an application for substituted service by publication in local dailies. Attempts were made to serve the Respondents at the registered addresses given in the cause title, as existing before the Trial Court. However, the service could not be effected on these parties since they were not found operating the business at the registered address.

2. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The appellants may serve Respondents No.1, 2 and 3 by substituted service through publication in two local daily news papers, one in English and the other in Marathi.
