This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the application for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.25 on record. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the application wrongly mentions as respondent no.13 which should be respondent no.25. He, however, points out that the names of the proposed legal representatives to be incorporated are that of respondent no.25. In such circumstances, only to put the record straight he seeks leave to correct the respondent no.13 as respondent no.25.

2. Leave is granted. Necessary correction to be carried out

MCA/907/2017 forthwith.

3. There is a delay of 12 days in filing the application for condonation of delay. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The delay is condoned. Let the Civil Application no.3583/2017 be registered.
