This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited before this Court in First Appeal No.104/2016 which is decided on 9/7/2018. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the appellants have not received any notice of filing of an appeal challenging the aforesaid judgment. In such circumstances and further having regard to the fact that the appeal is already decided, the amount deposited before this court along with interest, if any, be released in favour of the applicant no.1.
