The grievance is made by the Petitioner in this petition that before passing the impugned order the Petitioner was not given any hearing. The learned Additional Government Advocate states that this position is correct that no hearing was given to the Petitioner.
Amrut 2 WP176-18dt 31-07-2018 The learned Addl. Government Advocate states that before passing the final assessment order the hearing will be given to the Petitioner. In view of this statement which we have accepted, the learned counsel for the Petitioner agrees that the grievance made by the Petitioner in this petition stands redressed. In view of this position, the writ petition is disposed of.
