The Petitioner by this Petition has complained that the shacks put up by Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are causing impediment in the way of the Petitioner and has sought necessary directions to the Director of Tourism to that effect. 2.

The Petitioner has annexed documents, which are general in nature. As far as specific grievance against Respondent Nos.3 and 4 is concerned, we do not find that any representation has been made to the Respondent-Authority. If the Petitioner makes a representation in pursuance against his complaints against Respondent Nos.3 and 4, the Director of Tourism would take a necessary decision thereupon as per law and within reasonable time.
