2. It is pointed out by the learned Public Prosecutor that despite of the attempts made by the Prosecution, the Respondent nos. 2 to 5 have not been served. In the application filed by the Prosecution which is supported by an affidavit, it is averred that the said Respondents are absconding and are not traceable.

3. Hence, application is allowed. Issue proclamation as prayed for.
