Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate representing respondent nos.1 to 4.

2. In respect of certain grievances raised by the petitioner that she has been denied the basic amenities like using the washroom in the school, the petitioner has made representations to the authorities including the Director, Directorate of Education. One such representation made to the Director, Directorate of Education is contained at page 37.

3. Having regard to the nature of grievances raised in this petition, we direct that the Director of Education shall look into the matter and take appropriate decision and action which may be warranted under law on 8th January, 2024

WP 864 of 2023 the representation said to have been preferred by the petitioner on 20.10.2023, which is available at pages 37 to 39 of the petition. The decision and the action warranted on the representation should be taken expeditiously, say within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is communicated to the Director of Education.

4. With the above observations and directions, this petition is disposed of.
