Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant. None for the respondent, though duly served.

2. Considering the fact that the challenge to the impugned order is based upon interpretation of the words "construction / building" under Section 66 of Goa Panchayat Raj Act and the argument that piling of stones in a way as to give an impression that a wall has been constructed by itself does not amount to "construction of any building", the interim order passed by this Court is confirmed and shall operate till final disposal of the main matter.
