2. After considering the facts set out in the Civil Application, we allow the same and permit the respondent to be served by substituted service. The applicant is directed to publish the notice in the newspaper 'Times of India', Bangalore edition, since, the cause title indicates that the respondent has its office in Bangalore. For the purpose of service, the returnable date shall now be shown as 27.01.2020.

3. The applicant to file affidavit of service alongwith copies of newspaper publication.
