Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants and Shri Ramani, the learned Counsel for the respondent.

2. It is not disputed that the only office objection which survives is about non-furnishing of English translation of one of the two documents, which are in Portuguese.

3. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the applicants that the applicants have already furnished the English translation of one of the documents and he undertakes to furnish the English translation of other document, within a period of four weeks.

4. Shri Ramani, the learned Counsel for the respondent submits that appropriate orders may be passed in such circumstances.

5. Having regard to the circumstances and the submissions made, the application is allowed. The order dated 28/10/2015 is recalled. Second Appeal is restored to file.

6. It is made clear that if the objection is not removed finally within a period of four weeks, the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
