2. The petitioner complains about non-consideration of his application for release of electricity connection. Shri Bhobe, learned Advocate points out that such an application was made on 24/01/2019 and till date the same is not disposed of.

3. Ms. Sapna Mordekar, learned Additional Government Advocate on the basis of the instructions states that the

WP/962/2019 application dated 24/01/2019 will be disposed of in accordance of law and on its own merit as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period three weeks from today.

4. By accepting the aforesaid statement, we dispose of this petition.
