It is pointed out by Mr. S. S. Kantak, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents No.3 and 4 that proceedings under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act are pending for adjudication before the learned Reference Court. It is not disputed that the reference has not yet been disposed of. Consequently, any amount deposited by the Land Acquisition Officer would be subject to the decision by the Reference Court.

2. Mr. U. R. Raikar, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents No.1(c) to 1 (h) and 2 states that until further orders, the

CA/10/2016 respondents No.1(c) to 1(h) and 2 shall not create any third party rights in respect of the subject property.
