Heard Mr. Shivan Desai for the Petitioner and Mr. D. Pangam, the learned Advocate General for the respondents.

2. Learned Advocate General points out that on account of the pandemic, it was not possible to dispose of the petitioner's representation/application seeking exemption within the timeline indicated by this Court in the Judgment and Order dated 04.03.2019. Learned Advocate General however states that the Town Planner will now positively dispose of the petitioner's representation/application as

CP NO.19/2020 expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks from today.

3. By accepting the statement of the learned Advocate General and directing the Town Planner to act accordingly, we dispose of this petition. There shall be no order as to costs. SMT. M. S. JAWALKAR, J.
