Heard Mr Preetam Talaulikar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr S. P. Munj, learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State.

After arguing at some length, the counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to take appropriate recourse to any other legal remedy which may be available to him under law for execution of order dated 01.11.2021 passed by the Administrator of Communidades.

Te Writ Petition is thus disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. We further provide that in case the petitioner takes recourse to the legal remedy available under law for seeking execution of the said order, the Court/authority concerned shall expedite such proceedings and conclude the same in accordance with law.
