1. The Miscellaneous Civil Application No.46 of 2024 seeks condonation of 271 days delay in challenging the Judgement and Decree dated 30.01.2023 passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, A Court at Bicholim in SCS/08/2011/A.

2. Considering the quantum of the delay and accepting the reasons given the delay is condoned and the application is allowed, however, at a cost of Rs. 5000/-(Rupees Five Thousand only) is to be paid as a condition precedent to the All Goa Lady Advocates Bar Association.
