The appellants, the respondent no. 1(a) to 1(e) and respondent no.2 have produced Minutes of the Order dated 17/7/2017 on record which are marked "X" for identification. The appellants, the respondent no. 1(a) to 1(e) and respondent no.2 who are personally present before the court admit the correctness of the contents, which are signed by the said parties and their respective counsel.

2. I have heard Shri Bhobe, the learned counsel for the appellants and Shri Shirodkar, the learned counsel for the respondent no.1(a), 1(b) & 2. I have also heard Shri V. Sardessai, the learned Additional Government Advocate

FA/115/2015 appearing for respondents no. 4 and 5.

3. The dispute is essentially between the private respondents about laying of a pipeline which they have amicably settled in terms of the Minutes of the Order. In such circumstances, the following order is passed:

Order:

(i) The Appeal is allowed.

(ii) The suit filed by the appellant stands decreed in terms of the Minutes of the Order (marked "X"). A decree be drawn accordingly.

(iii) In the circumstances, there shall be no order as to costs. C. V. BHADANG, J.
