Mr. D. Shirodkar, Additional Govt. Advocate for the respondents.
Coram:- F. M. REIS & NUTAN D. SARDESSAI, JJ.
Date:- 27th April, 2017 P.C.:
None for the petitioner.
2. When the matter was taken up on 25th April, 2017, the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Govt. Advocate were present and after hearing both the Counsel, when this Court was proceeding to pass an order, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he would like to rely upon some Judgments in support of his submissions. Accordingly, as per his convenience, the matter was posted for 26th April, 2017.
3. On 26th April, the matter was sought to be mentioned for adjournment which was refused, as the matter was part-heard and
WP/45/2017 fixed for disposal. However, the learned Counsel holding for the Counsel appearing for the petitioner pointed out the difficulty of the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and the matter was accordingly fixed for today. But, however, when the matter was taken up none appeared for the petitioner on two occasions.
