1. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that he has deposited Rs.2,00,000/- on 15/02/2024 as per order dated 25/01/2024. He submits that further amount of Rs.6,00,000/- is transferred in the account of the respondent on 20/02/2024. The respondent was allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs.5,75,000/- deposited before the First Appellate Court.

2. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that he will arrange the balance amount within a period of two months.

3. The parties to file Consent Terms, if they are trying to settle the 27th February, 2024

CRMA 90 of 2023 matter, within two weeks.

4. Mr. Ramaiya submits that the applicant may approach the society for One Time Settlement. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant will also try to opt for One Time Settlement.

5. Since the conditions imposed in the present application and modified vide order dated 25/01/2024 is complied with, the present application stands disposed of.
