2. The Petitioner's electricity connection is already restored. Besides, even the bank guarantee amount was scaled down after the State recovered some of the dues of the earlier consumer.

3. Accordingly, we dispose of this application by granting the Applicant liberty to file a fresh application for an early hearing in the month of July 2024.
