By this Contempt Petition, the Petitioner has sought an action under the Contempt of Courts Act against the Respondent for non compliance of order dated 22 July 2016 wherein the Respondents were directed to issue a show cause notice to the Petitioner and pass a fresh order after giving opportunity to the Petitioner. Since the order was not passed within the reasonable period for one and half years, the

Amrut 2 CP8-18dt 27-03-2018 Contempt Petition was filed.

The learned Addl. Government Advocate tenders apology and states that the order has been passed and prays that no proceedings be initiated against the Respondent. 3.

After accepting the apology so tendered and considering the fact that the order has been passed in pursuance to the order passed by this Court dated 22 July 2016, we do not wish to precipitate the matter further.
