Heard the petitioner in person and Shri Lobo, the learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 4.

2. The petitioner is challenging the orders dated 1/10/2016 and 17/10/2016 passed by the learned Trial Court in the suit. It is undisputed that subsequent to the passing of these orders the civil suit has been dismissed on 7/11/2016. The petitioner in person states that he has challenged the said judgment and decree in an appeal before the District Court.
