Mr Sarda, on instructions from the petitioner states that the respondents have passed an order dated 09.01.2024 in which the demand impugned in this petition stands deleted. Mr Sarda therefore states that the petitioner's grievance as raised in this petition no longer survives and the petition could be disposed of.
