Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

2. This application is filed for review of the judgment dated 25.09.2024 passed by this Court. One of the contentions of learned Counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is entitled to fair compensation under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. 11th December, 2024

CAREV 11 of 2024 However, we find that the Writ Petition no. 248 of 2024 filed by the petitioner was not on the ground which is now sought to be canvassed by learned Counsel for the petitioner by way of a review petition.

3. It is therefore not possible for us to entertain the review application on the ground which is now made out. The review application is rejected.

4. It is open for the applicant to pursue appropriate remedies available in law seeking the relief that is prayed for by way of this review application.

5. All objections of the respondents are kept open.
