2. By filing this Misc. Civil Application, the applicant is seeking withdrawal of 50% of gratuity amount with accrued interest deposited by the respondents in compliance with the order passed by this Court on 28th September 2015 in Writ Petition No.509/2015.

3. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and having regard to the fact that the petition has been allowed vide order dated 2nd August 2017 and the SLP which was filed against it by the State has been also dismissed by

MCA/944/2017 the Supreme Court on 8.12.2017, we allow the application and direct the Registry to release the amount with accrued interest deposited by the respondents to the petitioner within two weeks.
