2. In the order passed by this Court on 21/11/2015, the portion of the order after the date 18/11/2015 is inadvertently recorded on wrong assumption. Therefore, the sentence from Inspite ..... up to the respondent is deleted and in para no.2 after the word respondent "of the Writ Petition on 18/11/2015" is to be substituted and the words "nobody is present on its behalf" is to be deleted.
