3. The Petitioner is seeking to challenge an order of demolition dated 08.01.2021, wherein he claims to be aggrieved by the order, being an alleged tenant of the structure directed to be demolished. Section 184 of the Goa Municipalities Act, 1968 provides for a remedy of appeal. Sub-Section 13 of Section 184 provides for an appeal against an order of demolition, which can be filed by any person aggrieved by such order. In view of the alternate remedy of appeal available to the Petitioner under Sub-Section 13 of Section 184, this petition would not be maintainable.

4. The petition is, therefore, dismissed as being not maintainable without entering into the merits of the challenge to the impugned order.
