Heard Shri R. Menezes, learned Advocate for the applicants.

2. It is not in dispute that the applicants were released on bail during the pendency of the whole trial before the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Mapusa. Considering the said aspect and the charges established against the applicants, as the appeal has already been admitted, I find that the sentence of imprisonment imposed on the applicants by the impugned judgment dated 11.11.2016 be suspended subject to the following:- (i) The applicants shall deposit the fine amount in this Court within a period of three weeks from today.

(ii) The applicants be released on bail subject to executing a personal bond of Rs.20,000/-each to the satisfaction of the learned

CRMA/219/2016 Registrar(Judicial) of this Court, with one surety in the like amount. iii) The applicants shall not contact or intimidate the victim or any of the witnesses who had deposed on behalf of the prosecution in the proceedings.

(iv) The applicants shall remain present in this Court at the time of the hearing of the above appeal and shall not leave the country without the express permission of this Court.
