2. This Court had granted four weeks time to deposit cheque of the amount of compensation awarded to the respondents. However, there is a delay of 93 days to deposit the cheque in the Court. The learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 has no objection to condone the delay.

3. For the reasons stated in the application, delay is condoned. Registry is directed to accept the cheque.
