As against the impugned order, the Petitioner has a remedy by way of an appeal to the District Court. In fact, Mr. S. Naik, learned counsel for Respondent No.3 objects to the entertainment of this petition on the ground that the Petitioner has an alternate and efficacious remedy by way of an appeal under the provisions of the Goa Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1986.

2. On perusal of the provisions, it does appear that the Petitioner has an alternate and efficacious remedy under the said Act.

3. Accordingly, the present petition is not entertained. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to avail of the alternate remedy under the said Act.
