Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the original plaintiffs, being the legal heirs of the original plaintiff no.1, as mentioned in para 3 of this application, were added as plaintiffs no.1(a) to 1(f) in the Trial Court, but they were, due to inadvertence, not joined as party respondents to this petition. There is no reason for me not to accept the statement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and this fact is also confirmed by reading the cause title of the order dated 2/7/2015 passed in Regular Civil Suit no.13/1996. Therefore, the application is allowed and the petitioner is directed to join these plaintiffs as party respondents in terms of the prayer clause within two weeks from the date of the order. Upon they been joined

MCA/20/2016 so in the petition by making necessary amendments to the cause title, notice be issued to all of them returnable on 17/2/2016. S. B. SHUKRE, J.
