i have perused the impugned order dated 30/07/2018 pursuant to which the learned Additional Sessions Judge at Margao allowed the Revision Application quashing the order passed by the learned JMFC, but however imposed the costs of ₹1,000/- in the respondent's favour. The impugned order as it stands gives a convenient go by to the fact that the applicant was represented by a lawyer under the legal aid and could not have been oblivious of this fact while proceeding to decide the application. The impugned order to that extent imposing costs is quashed and set aside.
