2. There is a delay of 295 days in filing the appeal against the impugned order dated 30th October, 2015 by the Assistant Sessions Judge-1, Margao. The application for condonation of delay is objected on behalf of respondents no.2 and 3.

3. After hearing the respective counsel, I am of the view that the delay is bonafide and not deliberate and, therefore, it needs to
