1. Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant as well as learned Counsel for the Respondents.

2. The present application is for fixing a date for the final hearing of the Appeal from Order No. 36/2023.

3. While admitting the said Appeal on 29.11.2023, this Court had mentioned that the matter was to be placed for final hearing as per its turn. Similarly, it was mentioned that the parties will have the liberty to move the Court for the purpose of fixing date for the final hearing.

4. The Applicant by filing the application now claims that irreparable loss is now going to cause to the Applicant in view of the Injunction Order granted by the Trial Court.

5. Even otherwise appeal against the interim order needs to be taken up for final disposal. Accordingly, the matter is to be listed for final hearing for the week commencing from 12.02.2024.

6. The Application accordingly stands disposed of. BHARAT P. DESHPANDE, J.
