By this application, the applicant seeks permission to deposit the amount of compensation in this Court for which the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection. The applicant is permitted to deposit the amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest till date in this Court within a period of four weeks. After deposit of the amount, the Registry is directed to invest the same in any Nationalised Bank, initially for a period of one year. Applicant shall pay necessary paper book charges.
