The limited grievance in the Petition pertain to the pendency of the Appeals being P.A. No. Mar-II/5/2019 and P.A. No. Mar-II/21/2019 to be decided in an expeditious manner in the wake of its long pendency. On hearing Mr. Ajay Menon, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate representing Respondent No. 1, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to decide the pending Appeals within a period of three months from today.
