Heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.

2. This is an application to bring legal representative of the deceased respondent no.1 on record.

3. The reason shown for delay is on account of elevation of the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant to this Court. The allegations are supported by an affidavit.

4. We have no reason to disbelieve the averments therein, which stands uncontroverted, as no reply has been filed.

5. Hence, application is allowed. The legal representative of deceased respondent no.1 are ordered to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within one week.

6. Mr. Rao, learned Counsel waives notice on behalf of the

MCA/824/2015 respondent nos.1(b), 1(e), 1(f), 1(g).

7. Application stands disposed of.
