Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Pollution Control Board places on record a letter dated 24th November 2017 addressed to them by additional District Magistrate, North Goa, who has recommended to postpone the public hearing from 29th and 30th November to future date which seems to be accepted by the Pollution Control Board. The very relief sought in the Writ Petition was postponement of public hearing. 2.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the Petition which is accordingly disposed of.
