Heard Ms. Bhobe, the learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. Coutinho for respondent no.1 and Mr. A Gomes, the learned Addl. Government Advocate for respondent no.2.

2. The applicant has stated on Affidavit that the building has already been connected with a sewerage system. The applicant has also produced the receipt for Rs.3,53,000/- towards the sewerage connection charges. In that view of the matter and for

MCA/931/2017 the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
