The learned Advocate for the appellants submits that a bunch of appeals numbering 21 bearing First Appeals no.7/2013, 8/2013, 33/2013, 40/2013, 49/2013, 50/2013, 65/2013, 66/2013, 67/2013, 68/2013, 69/2013, 70/2013, 71/2013, 72/2013, 73/2013, 74/2013, 75/2013, 76/2013, 77/2013, 78/2013 and 81/2013 have been disposed off by this Court setting aside the impugned judgment dated 29/09/2012, restoring the suits to the file and directing the Trial Judge to try and dispose off the suits as expeditiously as possible.

2. In view of the said judgment dated 24/03/2017, the impugned judgment in the present appeal too is quashed and set

FA/73/2017 aside and the file remanded to the Trial Court to decide the same as expeditiously as possible alongwith the proceedings arising out of the numbered appeals.
