Heard Shri Talaulikar, the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3.

2. The only contention raised is that the application for re-survey, filed by the petitioner, has to be decided first i.e. prior to the competent authority taking up the application for demarcation, filed by the respondent nos. 4 and 5.

3. The learned Additional Government Advocate points out that the application for re-survey is fixed on 29.11.2018. He submits that both these applications i.e. the application for demarcation

WP/1113/2018 and the application for re-survey can be taken up by the competent authority together. The statement is accepted.

4. In view of this, nothing survives in this petition, which is disposed of. Needless to mention that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of either of the applications. C. V. BHADANG, J.
