This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal, challenging the Judgement and Award of the Reference Court, enhancing the compensation from Rs.70/- per square metre to Rs.180/- per square metres. The respondent is absent, though served.

2. The learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the First Appeal No.77/2016 arising out of the Award, out of the same notification under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, has been admitted.
