2. The Contempt Petition filed by the petitioner is essentially on the ground that directions issued by this Court to take necessary action with regards to illegalities brought to the notice of the respondents have not been complied with.

3. During the course of hearing of the above petition, Shri Lawande, learned Addl. Advocate General has pointed out that pursuant to the representation filed by the petitioner which was forwarded to the concerned person to examine the allegations made therein and after a reply has been received the matter is now posted for final disposal on the representation made by the

CP/36/2016 petitioner.

4. By consent of the learned Counsel such inquiry is now posted on 28.2.2017 at 11.00a.m. before the concerned respondent. The respondent shall serve a notice on the concerned person of the said date of inquiry. As an inquiry has already been initiated nothing survives in the above petition. Needless to say that the representation shall be disposed of on its own merits within one month, in accordance with law.
