Heard Mr. Kakodkar for the Applicants and Mr. Viegas for Respondents No.1(a) and 1 (b).

Misc. Civil Application No.60/2020 seeks to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased Appellant No.3. Mr. Kakodkar points out that in the meanwhile, even Appellant No.1 has expired and, therefore, leave may be granted to bring on record his legal representatives. The Applications are not opposed by Mr. Viegas, the learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 (a) and 22nd September 2022

24-MCA-60-20 ANR..DOC 1(b). Accordingly, Misc. Civil Application No.60/2020 and the oral application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased Appellant No.1 are, hereby, allowed. 3.

Mr. Kakodkar states that he is not in a position to file vakalatnama on behalf of the legal representatives of the Appellant No.3. Therefore, leave is granted to implead them as the Respondents. However, so far as Appellant No.1 is concerned, Mr. Kakodkar states that he would file vakalatnama on behalf of the legal representatives of the deceased Appellant No.1. 4.

The amendment to be carried out within two weeks. 5.

Issue notice to the newly impleaded Respondents, returnable in four weeks. Mr. Kakodkar states that necessary steps would be taken in the matter.

Misc. Civil Application No.60/2020 and the oral application are disposed of.

Similarly, Stamp Number (Appln.) No.3285/2019 (F) for correction of the names of Respondents No.13 and 14 is also allowed and disposed of. The necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
