The First Appeal is settled by both the parties for an amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- ( Rupees Two Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only). In other words Rs.2,50,000/- will be paid by the Appellant, Insurance Company to the Respondent No. 1.The respondents are at Liberty to withdraw the said amount which is lying in the Court. The balance amount with accrued interest be refunded to the Appellant, Insurance

Company.
