Heard Mr. V. Amonkar, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners and Mr. A. N. S. Nadkarni, learned Advocate General appearing for the respondents.
2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that though there was direction to decide the representation of the petitioner within stipulated time, the same was not decided by the respondents.
3. But however, learned Advocate General points out that the hearing of the representation is fixed tomorrow and that the final decision on said representation shall be taken within two months.
4. Mr. Amonkar, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner
CP/5/2016 points out that notice has been received by the petitioners in that regard and they would be appearing on the said date.
5. Accepting the said statement of the learned Advocate General and considering the submission of Mr. Amonkar, learned Advocate, nothing survives in the above petition, which stands disposed of accordingly.
