2. This is an application for modification of the order passed by this Court on 9.7.2019.

3. Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate for the applicant vehemently submitted that though the entire order has been implemented as on date, modification is required to the extent of grant of first financial 5th April, 2024

MCA 66 of 2024 upgradation as the respondent was initially appointed as Assistant lecturer with the grade pay of Rs.5400/- and not Rs.6600/-.

4. We have gone through the judgment passed by the Coordinate Bench (Coram: S. G. Gupte and N. D. Sardessai, JJ) dated 9.7.2019. Reasons disclosed in the said order and the fact that the entire order has now been implemented, we see no reason for any modification of the said order and more so, on the contention raised in the present application. The contentions which are now raised in paragraphs 3 onwards are discussed and dealt with elaborately in the order dated 9.7.2019 and hence, the question of modification cannot be entertained at this stage.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed. No costs. VALMIKI MENEZES, J.
